Sydia is a claims management system that stores and manages claims information. The Korint platform integrates with Sydia to fetch claims data for policies.

What We Fetch

The Korint platform uses Sydia to retrieve information about claims declared on policies on a daily basis:
  • Claim Status: Current state of the claim (pending, approved, rejected, paid)
  • Claim Details: Description of the incident, date, and circumstances
  • Claim History: Complete timeline of the claim from declaration to resolution
This integration allows policy owners and brokers to view the status and details of claims associated with their policies.
