Efficiale is a regulatory compliance service that verifies the identity and compliance status of policy owners. This integration ensures that all policy owners meet regulatory requirements before policies are issued.

What We Fetch

The Korint platform uses Efficiale to obtain compliance verification for policy owners on a daily basis:
  • Identity Verification (KYC): Confirms the policy owner’s identity is authentic
  • Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Checks: Screens policy owners against AML watchlists and sanctions lists
  • Compliance Status: Verifies the policy owner meets regulatory requirements
  • Risk Assessment: Provides risk scores and flags for policy owners
This daily verification ensures ongoing compliance with insurance regulations and helps prevent fraud by continuously monitoring policy owners against updated watchlists and regulatory databases.
