# Sydia Integration

> Claims information retrieval for policies

Sydia is a claims management system that stores and manages claims information. The Korint platform integrates with Sydia to fetch claims data for policies.

## What We Fetch

The Korint platform uses Sydia to retrieve information about claims declared on policies on a daily basis:

* **Claim Status**: Current state of the claim (pending, approved, rejected, paid)
* **Claim Details**: Description of the incident, date, and circumstances
* **Claim History**: Complete timeline of the claim from declaration to resolution

This integration allows policy owners and brokers to view the status and details of claims associated with their policies.
